• Your reservation will be validated immediately and held for 7 days for your deposit. Deposits are as follows:
  
  
  • 2 bedroom= $200 dollars
    
  • 3 bedroom= $300 dollars
    
  • 4 bedroom= $350 dollars
    
  • Boat packages= $100 dollars
    
    
• Deposits may be made by personal check or credit card
• deposits will be credited to the last day of the reserved period. You are responsible for the full term of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel your reservation, your deposit (less a $35 handling fee) will be refunded provided we receive your notice in writing and not less than 60 days from the date of your reservation. HOWEVER, deposits may be refunded on shorter notice if vacancy is filled.
